Welcome to our homepage of Waste management and Biotechnology department, which is a part of Institute of Environment Engineering, Faculty of Mining and Geology, VSB - Technical University of Ostrava. The department influences the education of mineral processing and waste management, where it also provides research. In addition to that it is involve in link-up with practise, a number of international projects and partneship wiht home and foreign universities.
